Hafiz Hakim.....

Alhamdullilah.. after exactly 8 month 30 days... Hafiz Hakim was born at exactly 10.01pm, 6th April 2010 at Kuantan Specialist Hospital. As usual Dr Suraya was quick in action while Putri, Abg Faiz, Hafiz , tokki and Tokmi waiting a anxiously in the waiting room. The process was so fast that all of our initial estimate based on past experience was all wrong. In less than 2 hours!...

Alliya and Luqman had to sleep alone at Bukit Istana as daddy was the most busiest driver of the day....

To my beloved wife... hope this won't be the last one!

Al-Imam al-Samarqandi meriwayatkan bahawa Nabi Zakaria pernah merasakan baginda tidak akan mendapat zuriat sehinggalah baginda melihat anugerah Allah memberikan Mariam a.s. buah-buahan pada bukan musimnya. Maka baginda meyakini bahawa Allah berkuasa mengurniakan baginya anak. Tambahan pula baginda memegang amanah menjaga kunci rumah Qurban yang diwarisi turun-temurun. Keturunan dalam ayat ini bermaksud anak yang sihat sejahtera dan berakhlak. ( Tafsir al-Samarqandi, tafsir ayat 38, surah Ali-‘Imran )

After all the conteng2 around the house by big sister,we could not take it anymore and channel the hot burning art skills to a proper creative school. There's 2 branch at the moment, one in Kuantan, the other one is at IKANO.

This programme focuses on stimulating a child's mindset and intelligence. It trains observation abilities, creative mind process, designing abilities and concept development through drawing and colouring with a variety of mediums. A child's artistry will improve drastically with the guidance of master artists.

So, we booked her on every Sunday.. there's no need to wake her up anymore..she loves the school!

Hot Cross Bun....

I finally got the chance to attend Alliya's piano lesson by Yamaha School... It is very interesting as the learning was done with a mixture of playing, singing and also class activity. When I asked the teacher, why it was designed such way, she said, kids cannot concentrate for a very long time, so every 10 min, she need to change the mode of teaching and keep the kids active with hand movements, etc...hmm.. interesting....

Since we all can't go out due to heavy rain, "Donnie" was created in the kitchen. Combination of Alliya, Mommy and Luqman, making the dough, sprinking the heart shape droplets, I think Big Apple need to beef up their doughnut menu..hahaha.. recipe? kena rasa dulu la kot...
